Collect all 32 comic books.

Do nothing except throw the serums at the Lizard under the hard difficulty setting.

*Negative Zone Spider-Man costume

Play the level where you have to collect all the keys so that the bomb will not explode under the normal difficulty setting. Note: This also may work under the hard or easy difficulty setting, but will not under kid mode. Collect all four keys and put them into the bomb in the order in which you found the keys. The clock must also show more than 3 minutes remaining.

*Peter Parker costume

Successfully complete the game two times in a row (select "Continue Game") under the normal difficulty setting with the same costume.

*Prodigy costume

Defeat at least 75 thugs in attack training in challenge mode.

*Quick Change Spidey costume

*Spider Phoenix costume

Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting.Note: Try to unlock this costume first, as it will make completing the game again to get the other costumes much easier -- you cannot lose health and it has double-damage.

Defeat Sandman under the hard difficulty setting. Note: This is the movie costume.
